Owners Jonathan and Ashley bring a combined 25 years of experience in the property damage restoration industry, ensuring top-quality service and expert guidance when it matters most.
Jonathan – Industry Veteran & Restoration Expert
Jonathan is a dedicated father of four with 17 years of experience in the property damage restoration industry. His career has taken him across the United States as part of a national disaster response team, where he worked with 10 different restoration franchises in roles ranging from field technician to project manager and estimator. Jonathan is IICRC-certified and holds a Florida State Mold Remediator License, giving him the expertise to handle even the most complex restoration projects with precision and care.
Ashley – Operations & Project Management Specialist
Ashley, a devoted mother of four, has 8 years of experience in the restoration and mold assessment industry. She has managed every aspect of restoration operations, including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, scheduling, customer and adjuster communications, compliance management, and project estimating. Ashley’s versatility extends beyond the office—when needed, she has stepped into the field, handling drywall and carpet removal, installation, and on-site restoration work to ensure projects run smoothly.
A Family Committed to the Gainesville Community
When they’re not leading restoration projects, Jonathan and Ashley love spending time with their children, supporting their travel and recreational softball and baseball teams, and enjoying outdoor activities like fishing and visiting local skateparks in the Gainesville, FL area. They also make time to visit family in South Florida whenever they can.
